By placing any order on this Website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.


Opening hours

Our normal working days are Monday to Sunday inclusive, excluding public holidays. Any changes to opening hours will be placed on the website when applicable.



We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website or otherwise provided to you are correct at the time, but this information may not always reflect the position when you place an order on the website or we order products for you.

As fresh flowers are a living product there are occasions that a particular flower may be unavailable. Whilst every effort is made to source the product sometimes it is impossible to use a particular flower. The Bloom or any third party delivery agent reserves the right to send a similar floral product of equal or greater value as and when necessary.

In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of similar quality and value.



Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery.

Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of this.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place in the shop on the exchange of goods or on the despatch of the products ordered, if the order is placed through the website or over the telephone.

All credit/debit card payments are subject to automated validation checks by PayPal payment services and authorisation by the card issuer, with information collected via PayPal’s secure online payment system. If the issuer of your credit/debit card does not authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.



We offer a local free delivery service. We deliver on the working day of the order, if placed before 5.00pm, within a 2 mile radius of East Sheen.

We deliver to: Richmond, Roehampton, Barnes, Putney, Mortlake, East Sheen, North Sheen, Ealing, Kew, Wimbledon Village.
For delivery to other areas please phone or email us for availability.




The Bloom aim to be an excellent supplier of floral products. If you are unhappy with your purchase then please notify us and we will attempt to remedy the situation as soon as is practically possible. Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaint within one (1) working day of the delivery or collection of your flowers. We always endeavour to reach an agreement either for a replacement or a refund, depending upon the nature of the complaint.


Taking care of fresh flowers

All flowers (except bouquets) must have their stems cut about an inch from the bottom of the stems on receipt and every two to three days re-cut and placed in fresh, clean water in a clean vase or container. Perishability will depend on level of care and room temperature.



By using this website you do so at your own risk and neither The Bloom or any associated companies, parent or subsidiary, or any of its associates, employees or partners are responsible for any error, accident, hurt feelings or misfortune that should result or be incurred by such usage and or purchase or receipt or care of products, nor is the reliability, functionality or software guaranteed.

The Bloom nor any of its associated companies, parent or subsidiary, associates, employees or partners will not be liable for any amount exceeding that of the monetary value spent by any customer.


Privacy and data protection

We will treat all your personal information as confidential, keep it secure and use reasonable endeavours to comply with UK Data Protection/GDPR and consumer legislation.

You will be given the option to receive information from The Bloom by post, email or telephone, about products, promotions or special offers which we feel may be of interest to you. In the event that you do not wish to be contacted for such purposes, please tick the appropriate box, or communicate this to us, as you go through the ordering process.


These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of England.
